What’s the difference between an ‘Original’ and a ‘Canvas or Art Print’?
Originals are unique, handmade artworks. Canvas and Art Prints are high-quality reproductions of these originals. Please note that at this moment only prints are available in the webshop.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1 day. Domestic deliveries typically take 5–10 business days, and international orders up to 20 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your order through the carrier (e.g., UPS, DHL).

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so please contact me as soon as possible at info@berendvandenbrand.com if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Do the colors on the website match the real product?
Colors are represented as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact me within 7 days at info@berendvandenbrand.com and include photos of the damage. I’ll send a replacement or offer an alternative solution.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are shown at checkout.

How can I pay for my order?
Payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Apple Pay at checkout.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.

I use premium canvas for canvas prints and high-quality art paper for paper prints, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting results.

Can I use a discount code?

What sizes are available?
Prints are available in sizes ranging from A4 and A3 to larger formats like 90x120 cm. Custom sizes can be requested.
